Just four weeks to go until we’re hosting the world’s fastest hot rod beach races on Pendine Sands. As always, the pits is fully booked for all types of passes, including press, but you can still spectate on the beach without a pass. Parking on the beach is available at just £5 per day thanks to the local council. Be sure to follow their instructions at all times as it is a tidal beach. As for the racing, we’ve got a race card jam packed with all kinds of traditional pre-1949 hot rods, with speeds upwards of 130 mph being achieved by the big hitters.
