Lots of our visitors enjoy a visit to the Gwili Steam Railway

Great Western Strength.

Our line through pretty Carmarthenshire was operated for many years by the famous Great Western Railway - and today we have a lot of nods to that heritage to see during a visit.

Perhaps the most noticed is No. 6430, a former Great Western engine built in Swindon works in 1937.

It is now in service for the summer season and planned to pull trains each day, including this Sunday's Classic and Vintage Vehicle Show.
