Retreat Itinerary:

Friday 3rd - Meet & greet followed by a calming yoga session and time to relax.

Saturday 4th - Morning yoga + meditation, self-massage workshop, Closing of the Bones Ceremony, crafts, chakra dance session, coastal walk to Marros Beach.

Sunday 5th - Energising movement to drumming, with self-massage and breathwork.
