We have some fantastic availability in Corner Cottage at Brackenthwaite Farm for the next two weeks (until Friday 24 July).

Corner Cottage sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms (a King and Twin) and opens out into our courtyard directly facing the stables.

We have several paddocks with excellent grazing (though I haven't tried it personally) and endless options for local hacks including brdileways and tracks, woodlands, meadows, and sandy beaches with breathtaking views, plus so quaint little villages to pass through if you so choose (that's where you'll find the watering holes!). 🥂🥃

This Summer we’re just down the road from Classic Motor Shows, Shakespeare in the Garden, and much more.

Looking for a summer escape on the Lancashire/Cumbria border with plenty of room to relax and lots to see and do? We've got some lovely opportunities available across July and August in both The Coach House (sleeps 6) and Corner Cottage (sleeps 4) — book them together in July for a courtyard set-up sleeping up to 10!

🎉 Congratulations again to Tasha Hibbert - WINNER of a 🐴 Horsey Holiday at Brackenthwaite Farm. The competiton was run in September last year with and Tasha has now enjoyed her prize and brought along her partner, best friend, two ponies and a dog. We love the video Tasha made of her stay which we have shared on our instagram.

Stay in one of our cosy farm cottages and enjoy the open skies, fresh air and countryside views. On the farm there's the orchard with a meadow and playground area, a firepit surrounded with seating, the courtyard with seating and stables, and the beautiful rose garden with pizza oven and outdoor seating. Meet our resident alpacas, pigs, goats and hens and get a little taste of farmlife - if that interests you. If you are looking for a family holiday with something for everyone you've found it!

The Arnside and Silverdale National Landscape has an abundance of things for everyone to enjoy: woods, beaches, RSPB nature reserve, country pubs, seaside promenades and shops. We're dog-friendly, horse-friendly and family-friendly and our cottages sleep from two to six people with 4 to choose from and there is currently availability in all 4 cottages - though The Old Farmhouse is nearly fully booked, so be quick for that one space next weekend!!
