Last weekend we were extremely proud to host Gus and Amy and their guests at our first Wedding Weekend at Brackenthwaite Farm. A big thank you to the happy couple and the wonderful guests for making it so special and allowing us to share some of the photos from the weekend.

We still have some availability left this month - and visitors booking 21 days or less before arrival get an automatic 15% discount at checkout.

Visit the seaside at Arnside or Silverdale, explore the ancient woodland of Eaves Wood or take advantage of the long days for some bird-watching at Leighton Moss. All just a stone's throw from Brackenthwaite Farm.

We're dog-friendly, horse-friendly and our farm is an ideal spot for a relaxed getaway near the Lake District without the summer tourists jams.

Our cottages sleep 2, 4 or up to 6 (up to 18 for group bookings) and are fully equipped with amenities, super-kingsized beds and are set in as much outdoor space as you wish for. The Orchard includes a children's play area and we have a family of friendly farmyard pets. There's a fire-pit to gather round and tell stories, a pizza oven to fire up in the Rose Garden, with seating and spectacular views over the hills to the mountains of Lake District.
