Rebecca Cottage is Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland's (SBH Scotland) award winning, adapted, wheelchair accessible holiday cottage in Carnoustie. It sleeps 7 people plus a travel cot (not supplied). Our latest feature is a tracking hoist from bathroom to profiling bedroom. The accommodation is accessed via an automatic door. Ground floor comprises: conservatory, lounge, utility room and lowered

worktop kitchen; twin bedroom and single bedroom with Sidhill profiling bed; large bathroom with toilet and wet floor shower, tracking hoist from large bathroom into single bedroom and a separate toilet. There is a stairlift providing access to the first floor which comprises of a twin room, a stunning double sitting/ bedroom, and a modern wet floor shower room. All rooms to the front have spectacular uninterrupted views of the sea which can also be enjoyed from the Conservatory. The Cottage has free Wi-Fi and central heating throughout which provides warmth and comfort even in the winter months. The Cottage is available to everyone for rental. 35% discount is offered to SBH Scotland members and 20% discount is offered to all those with a blue badge. (Blue badge holders or SBH Scotland members must be the lead name on the booking. SBH Scotland reserve the right to charge the full cottage rental price if proof of blue badge or membership cannot be given).

Some good news to report... We will soon be re-opening our doors at Rebecca Cottage (following full government guidance for self-catering accommodation)! 😄 We have been booking our previously cancelled bookings back in but we do have two 6 night stays available from the 17th July and the 24th July! If you're interested in staying at Rebecca Cottage on these dates please email [email protected] for information.
The bookings calendar for post-august bookings will be opened by the end of July and we'll keep you informed right here on this page so do stay tuned!!!

Following Government guidelines we have made the decision to close Rebecca Cottage until at least June (dates to be confirmed). The safety and the health of our visitors, neighbours and staff are of the utmost importance to us and during such unprecedented times as these we must continue to protect these values.
We are so sorry to those of you who this will affect but we know you'll understand it is the safest thing for us to do at this time.
Our admin team have, and continue to, contact those of you who have booked to stay during the next few months and full refunds will be issued.
We can't wait for better times to come where we can all go back to Carnoustie and enjoy the tranquility that the Cottage brings but in the mean time we hope you all take care of yourselves x
