We aim to make your visit an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The Ashbank is located in the beautiful fishing village of Carradale on the east coast of the Kintyre peninsula, with views across the Kilbrannan Sound to Arran and Ailsa Craig. We are in an ideal location, being just a short walk from sandy beaches and the working harbour. Situated in the heart of the village, we have a different wal

k for every day of the week, starting from our front door! The Kintyre Way runs through Carradale, making us a great base for Kintyre Way walkers and cyclists alike. The hotel is also within easy access to all ferry ports to the surrounding islands of Islay, Jura, Arran and Gigha. Our bar is open from 12.30pm every day - join us for hot, cold and soft drinks and a wide range of alcoholic beverages with some tasty bar snacks. Choose to relax in the bar, our cosy lounge or beautiful garden with stunning views towards Arran and Carradale Bay. The Ashbank is the perfect venue for those wanting to get away from it all, whether you’re looking for a relaxing time or an activity filled break. Sightseeing, playing a round of golf, walking one of the trails and paths around Carradale, or enjoying the many activities in the area – you’re to enjoy your stay at the Ashbank.
