It has been a lovely 14 years running our B&B but the time has come to retire and put Kirkholm out to pasture as we are moving down to Shropshire, closer to family. This means that sadly we will no longer be able to accept new guests or old friends.
We would like to thank all our guests for choosing to come and stay at Kirkholm (and for coming back). We have enjoyed your company over the years and hope that you still come and enjoy Scotland, as we will, but as tourists! Kirkholm is starting a new life as a private house and we hope the new owners enjoy the lovely surroundings as much as we have.

Lovely morning in Carsphairn, good to see some sunshine. Hope you are all keeping safe and well. We are down to Tier 1 from Friday so hopefully things are moving in the right direction for everyone.

Open again from yesterday and it was lovely to have all three rooms occupied, a good start to our shorter than usual season. Bookings are coming in and we are looking forward to seeing many
more regular and new guests over the summer months.
