The Cotswold stone farm buildings that house the Cottages and Suites date back to the 1790s. The recent conversion has retained many original features, such as thick stone walls and timber trusses. The interior is modern, with all the necessary facilities, such as power showers and free wi-fi.

There are two cottages at Ty Nant Cottages and Suites. The Stables is a three-bed cottage with two bathrooms and an optional en-suite 4th bedroom (the Hayloft Suite) that can be accessed through a double door. The Granary is a two-bed cottage with one bathroom. Both cottages have an open plan kitchen / lounge and dining areas. Bedding and towels are provided and the kitchens are fully equipped.

There are also two one-bed suites, with kitchenettes - the Saddlery is a double with a lounge area and a wet room and is wheelchair friendly. The king-sized Hayloft has a shower room and a small sofa and TV area in the kitchenette. Also, the Saddlery and Hayloft can be locked off or interconnected via a lobby, although both have their own private and separate entrances.
