If you missed out market on Sunday, don’t worry! There’s still a chance to get yourself some lovely homemade produce this Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th as we have an extra two day market on in the soaperie gardens from 11am-3pm both days.

It’ll be a little smaller than our usual one but still just as great.

We are really looking forward to the Kirkcudbright Arts and Crafts Trail this weekend. There's so much to see, explore and do it's on the whole weekend 🤩 Tagged are just a few of the amazing people I personally can't wait to visit. Our little Blackbird at Kirkland has been super busy with 4 back to back booking these last 3 weeks and we are incredibly grateful 🫶
We've had people on walking holidays, cycling holidays and just popping your feet up and chilling holidays.
Yesterday we explored a little local gem we've walked past for years but never been to Dumfries Table Tennis Club. What a find!!! We loved it.
Why not book a stay to explore D&G and find out for yourself what there is to offer. 🤣😘

Who knew there was such a thing as mini pony horse racing?! I didn't but am now hooked 🤣 Brilliant fun at Kirkcudbright Country Fair today. Book your stay at Blackbird at Blackbird at Kirkland to enjoy everything D&G has to offer.
Also a shout out to all the amazing talented local people on the stalls including the wonderful Louisa Birdsall who designed our sweet Blackbird logo 😘

The 80th RSAC Scottish Rally left Dalbeattie this morning. We were lucky enough to watch them set off from the start line. Always something exciting going on during your stay at Blackbird at Kirkland. Just ask for recommendations 🤩
