Tonight’s models came to visit for hot chocolate 🍫 .. so exciting.. lots of nearly finished areas.. Donald’s meticulous painting and plumbing.. the old stove has came up well today .. Kevin’s precise joinery, Michael’s flawless plastering, Moxi’s tidy electrics.. ⚡️ and the family chipping in with the muscle 💪, getting there just the bathroom to complete painting the hall and stairs and the dreaded garage doors 😩.. 💗

These pictures just appeared while I was making storage space on the computer. 2018.. Ramerish Retreat right at the beginning when we cleared the land and cutback the trees and laurels to get a proper look at the building for restoration.. 💗🏡

Update from Erin.. Charity cycle.. sponsor page in the comments 💗🚴‍♀️
Well I did it!!
I managed to do 112miles for the coast to coast cycle to raise money for the in shore life boats. I raised over £1100 & the team raised over £9000 to go towards saving lives in the local bay.
Thanks to everyone for all the support along the way and for all the amazing sponsors thank you everyone!
And big thanks to David for organising the amazing rout such a lovely cycle such amazing views the whole way
Very well done to all the cyclists that did the cycle no punctures, no falls and no wrong turns go us.
Over all an amazing weekend I had such an amazing time!!

We are definitely getting there at Meal Hoose, Gatehouse Of Fleet.. it’s such a cute little property.. so cosy but also feels spacious and light.. Ramsay was doing a bit of modeling for me last night.. still got the peel to come off the kitchen, leaving that to Andy as he loves pealing film off, very strange 🤣.. priorities!! first item to master is the coffee machine to keep me going while I get entrusted in painting inside the cupboard and undercoating 🤣💗🧑‍🎨☕️

I am doing the charity team cycle from Sandgreen to Berwick on Saturday the 30th of May. Ive decided to do Sandgreen (Gatehouse of Fleet) to Gretna which is 60miles then Kelso to Berwick which is around 20miles all for the fleet bay inshore rescue service. This service has been running for many years now it’s down to us to keep it going for many more so all the very kind and generous donations will help us keep the inshore life boats saving life’s for many more years to come allowing a safe bay for children and adults to play about in and have some fun knowing the life boat will always be there for you.
