Are you passionate about great food, fresh local produce and delivering exceptional dining experiences?

The Yard Restaurant at Hillyard House Hotel is looking for a talented, driven and creative Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

Working alongside our Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, supporting kitchen operations and helping maintain the standards that make The Yard a favourite dining destination.

✨ What we’re looking for - Previous experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role. Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Creativity, consistency and attention to detail
