Dylan’s has a few restaurants dotted around North Wales, but this one in Menai Bridge is where it all began. It’s got a modern boatyard-inspired style and makes the absolute most of the incredible coastline, with sweeping views across the Menai Strait from almost every table, and with the iconic Telford Bridge casually showing off in the background.

Tucked away in Warwickshire, this property sleeps 16 guests across 8 bedrooms in the main house, plus two more in the annex, which is its own little apartment for those who like their space.

We’re talking games room with darts and air hockey, a hot tub, seven bathrooms (no more queue drama), an outdoor BBQ area, a dining terrace, and an outdoor seating area, just in time for the sun to finally show up.
