Back down West yesterday afternoon - at last!
It’s great interacting with all of our guests, we’ve had a long, sunny, busy season. It was so good to see all of the positive visitor notes from families who have enjoyed the lodge and its superb local area. We’ve been chatting to guests from the west of Ireland and California in the last couple of weeks. We aim to post some visitor notes here soon.
Everybody mentions the local area, the beaches, the good walks and hostelries overlooking the sea.
Nags Head always gets a special mention of course, how lucky are we having a fab, gastro pub 5 minutes away?
From our angle it’s so good to be back to our ‘west wales village’ life, where we are treated like locals and have a group of friends here now too.
Friday night in the Nags will be fun as ever, and we’ll see folks we’ve missed meeting up with for a few weeks.
A lot of guests book to come again and many people are saying that, again this year.
Thanks for booking everyone, Croeso - you’re all very welcome - as long as you leave us plenty of time here too!
Think we’ll stay til Sunday, go home for a bit of gardening and work and then come back on Wednesday….
