Bay House - Duporth, Cornwall A well-located spacious & modern 3-bed holiday house in the beautiful area of Duporth, Cornwall. Easy and free street parking is available.

Access to private resident’s beach, and 10 mins walk from the historic port of Charlestown - a vibrant location with fantastic restaurants, pubs and more. The house comfortably accommodates 6 - 8 people and is pet friendly (1 dog allowed). It has a king size master bedroom and en-suite, the second bedroom flexes as both a large double or twin single beds (depending on your preference), and the thi

rd bedroom has a children’s bunk bed to sleep 2. Upstairs completes with a well-sized family bathroom with bath and integrated shower. Downstairs there is a large, modern open plan living room and dining area, plus a double sofa bed (to accomodate an extra two people if required). There's a separate kitchen, a downstairs w/c and storage cupboard, together with a private sunny garden outside. HOME COMFORTS:

• High speed Wi-Fi
• A large 45 inch TV in the main lounge area connected to Sky TV
(basic
package), including Netflix
• All mod cons in the kitchen including fridge freezer / microwave,
dishwasher and washing machine
• Side-gate access to the garden with an outdoor tap and hosepipe,
allowing you to wash any water sports equipment etc.
• Easy street parking

LOCATION / TRAVEL INFO:

• Access to our very own residents Duporth ‘sandy’ beach via a gate
code

• Other local beaches include:
o Charlestown - two beaches (8 mins walk)
o Porthpean and Carlyon beach (5/6 mins by car or a 15/20 mins
walk)
o All beaches are good for paddle boarding and canoeing due to
the bays

o For the surf crew, North coastal beaches are only 20-30 mins away,
including Watergate Bay
• Bus stop is 5 meters away - ideal for access and those looking for
additional public transportation. The bus service is regular and
reliable
• ASDA superstore 5 mins away by car. Plus a large Tesco, Aldi and
Lidl
only 8 mins drive away
• The Eden project only 8-10 min drive or a short taxi ride away
• Mevagissey, Fowey, Lost Gardens of Heligan all just a short car
journey away.

Good news! We will be reopening our doors on Wednesday 29th March 🎉

Following the devastating fire in January, we have been working tirelessly to get our bar looking ship-shape and ready to welcome you all back for the spring and summer months.
We are absolutely thrilled to be able to reopen in time for Easter. We will be serving drinks and a limited food menu (pizzas, burgers, salads, and delicious cakes) in our main bar and terrace area.

Due the fire damage, the restaurant and our bedrooms will remain closed for now. As we don’t currently have an office space, all payments will be cashless too. We will be closing again in the autumn for a full refurbishment.

We’re very excited to see all your faces again soon - we can't wait to spend the longer evenings with you, soaking up the gorgeous view from our terrace!

“We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated, immaculate house. It has a peaceful, luxurious feel, is thoughtfully kitted out, has lots of creature comforts, a great fully equipped kitchen, lots of hot water, and best of all is within a few minutes walk of a lovely private beach. Barny, the host, has put together a great information pack to inspire visits further afield. We especially enjoyed Pentewan Beach a few miles along the coast and fish and chips in Charlestown (a few minutes walk from the house). There are great practical amenities close by including Tesco, Asda, restaurants, recycling centre etc. We would highly recommend a stay here and look forward to a return trip. Thanks to Barny for his great communication and the lovely welcome hamper too!”
