I have arrived as a Mortgage Broker from a fairly unconventional route, having studied Economics at university before embarking on a decade long career (at the start of the Financial Crisis 2007-2008) as a Proprietary Trader (not to be confused with a Property Trader!!) I traded commodities including Brent Crude Oil, Gasoil (Diesel), Coffee, Cocoa, Soybeans, Gold, Silver, Copper as well as the Short-Term Interest Markets in the UK, Europe and the US. 3 years ago, I decided that the 14 hour days were no longer for me, with 2 young children I wanted to see them grow. So, for the past 3 years I have been helping Landlords, Portfolio Landlords, High Net Worth Individuals and Ex-Pats to maximise their income from property.
Our 2nd presenter is Stuart Davidson who started his first businesses back in the 1980’s before returning to university and gaining his professional qualification.
He has spent his career procuring significant developments, building teams and delivering projects from university buildings and hospitals to commercial to residential conversions and new build residential schemes.Stuart’s current business helps Property Investors become profitable developers.
Our final presenter is Adrian Moon of Forward Construction and Allure Bathrooms who runs his business according to his own values – a straight forward manner and expects his whole team to take great pride in their work. In return I hope to get the same courtesy from clients. It's my job to make sure all our projects run smoothly and everyone is kept happy.
Working closely with our clients our building projects are extensive, from porches and extensions to whole houses. We specialise in designing and building bespoke homes for discerning buyers and can offer a complete service, whether contemporary or heritage style. Helping with all stages of the project from developing architect drawings to meeting their detailed requirements, and can help with buying a site and obtaining planning .
