They both received the highest number of votes based on the very hard work ethic they display on every shift and their willingness to always go the extra mile when carrying out their role, with very high levels of energy and commitment.

LONG SERVICE AWARD

Congratulations to our Reception Manager, Yulia, on 4 excellent years at the hotel.

Yulia originally joined the hotel in 2022 as a Receptionist. Since then, she was promoted to Senior Receptionist in 2023, then to Assistant Reception Manager in 2024, before most recently advancing to Head of Department.

Her professionalism, caring attitude, positive energy and guest focused approach has always stood out.
