Our October House of the Month is the wonderful Wolds Barn.
Tucked away in the Northern Cotswolds, this striking barn sleeps 21 and is made for big adult groups, with six bedrooms, an 18-seat dining table, sleek open-plan spaces and a games room that will keep the competition going long after dinner. There’s pool, darts, table tennis and a games console, while outside the six-seat hot tub and firepit are made for late-night drinks and questionable decisions.
Then there’s the setting. A long drive through the fields brings you to big Cotswold views, acres of farmland and very little else to disturb you. Fire up the barbecue, fill the table, open another bottle and settle in for the evening. Come for a birthday, a hen or stag weekend, a big celebration or simply an excuse to get 21 of your favourite people under one roof. Wolds Barn is rather good at all of them
