What's been your best achievement in our swimming pool so far this year, have you set a new PB in lengths swam? Have you set a new time for your normal lengths you swim? 🏊

Either way, we've loved seeing you all every day and enjoying all the many benefits, both physical and mental.. 🤩

We would like to take a moment to remind all of our members and guests about the benefits of showering before swimming and using all of our wet facilities, and thank you in advance for your co-operation..

We are raising awareness across all of our You Fit clubs to see how many of our members can be A You Fit Hero!🥳

To become a You Fit Hero, we are trying to encourage as many of our members as possible to click blood.co.uk and arrange an appointment where you can donate blood at your nearest donation centre. Every donation can save up to 3 lives, and make a big difference to someone in need.

We would like to thank all our members that attended the Rock and Roll Bingo night last night, we hope that everyone had a good time, had a laugh, and enjoyed themselves. We would also like to extend a very big thank you to everyone who purchased raffle tickets on the night, and chose to donante seperately from the raffle, as the money raised from this has been donated on behalf of our colleague Justin Andrews, to Macmillan Cancer Support, The Institute of Cancer Research, and Cancer Reacher UK. In total, your help raised a very impressive £186! divided between these charities. This cause is very close to our hearts, and we hope it can help others in their fight against cancer.
