Sunday 13th September | 4-5:30pm

As summer begins to fade, join Caspar for a guided sauna journey to welcome the arrival of autumn.
This is more than simply sitting in a hot sauna. Across several rounds, you’ll be guided through heat, steam, forest aromas, storytelling and gentle whisking with natural forest leaves.

No previous sauna experience is needed. You don’t need to know what you’re doing — simply come along, relax and let yourself be guided.

Expect:
Guided sauna rounds
Aromatic steam and natural forest scents
Traditional forest whisking
Seasonal storytelling
Optional cold plunges

Time to relax, reset and connect with the changing season
Come and experience the warmth of the sauna, the scent of the forest and the turning of the seasons.

£25 per person
Swim costume mandatory. Please bring a towel to sit on.
