Tintern is OPEN as usual and welcoming visitors.

However, please note the current roadworks:

🚗The A466 Wye Valley road is closed north of Tintern and Llandogo (between Redbrook and Bigsweir Bridge) until 31st July. Access is still available as usual from Chepstow and the M48, but we recommend that those travelling from Monmouth use the B4293 (Trellech Road) and approach Tintern via Catbrook.

🚃You can still visit places such as the Old Station Tintern, to enjoy tea and cake from the cafe, or wander along a relaxing one-mile riverside circular walk. Old Station Tintern

🏛️Visit Tintern Abbey for a live production of Othello on the 18th July! Cadw

🎵Enjoy Folk on the Lawn on the historic riverside setting of Abbey Mill, Tintern, from the afternoon of Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th July. Folk On The Lawn

🌳There's also the stunning Wye Valley Sculpture Garden Summer Exhibition, open 10.30am-4.30pm, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday until 13th September. Wye Valley Sculpture Garden, Tintern

☕Plus, there are all the great cafés, restaurants and shops in Tintern itself to explore so please don’t let the roadworks put you off!

Escape on an Adventure to Return Home to Yourself - My Revive and Awaken Retreat is only 1 month away! And I still have space for any ladies in need of restoration and deep inner-connection.

The busyness of life can take us away from ourselves and we forget the things that once brought us peace.. we forget to pause and breathe in the fresh air; we forget the feeling of grass under our feet, the slow mornings in the sun, the lazy days, the evening walks, the crisp pages of a good book, and the precious moments that we get to live in every.single.moment.

So this 2 night retreat is about returning home - to remember that all of those beautiful, precious, yet simple moments are still here - they are ALWAYS here, yet sometimes we just need to immerse ourselves deeply inwards to find what was always there, underneath the noise of the mind.

This retreat is about dropping the seriousness of life and learning to let go and free yourself from the chains of living in survival mode - so that you can start to actually see and experience life with deeper presence and fulfilment.

The weekend will include deeply introspective guided meditations, yoga sessions, Kundalini breathwork, a bonfire release ritual, nourishing meals, sisterhood, laughter, an ecospa night under the stars, and cosy glamping-style accommodation in the Wye Valley of Wales.

If this calls to your soul, you will know. 🙏🏻
