-Scrumpy Pork
Thick sliced Roasted pork loin stacked with apple and black pudding with a whole grain mustard ,apple , local scrumpy cider cream sauce with garlic buttered sauté potatoes and vegetable medley

-Parmesan crumb coated Crab and mozzarella Aranccini balls with a roasted red pepper tomato sauce and Mediterranean prawn rice

-Lamb curry Rogan style

-Cold Poached Fresh Salmon and Prawn with salad and new potatoes
