Spring has very definitely sprung. The Kingfishers are out and about this morning and I just had the wonderful sight of one landing on the side of the cruiser. I had just pulled back the curtain, opened the window and a Kingfisher landed on the side of the boat right next to the open window and about 2 ft from my face. Wonderful!
Hoping this is a good omen as I'm taking guests out in the little boat this morning to do some Kingfisher spotting!
