Cosy and stylish terrace house nestled within the city walls of Chester, this quiet and relaxed space is the perfect setting for your city break - long or short. The relaxed refurbished 2 bedroom home is centrally located; only a 2 minute stroll to the local amenities, independant bars, galleries, traditional pubs and restaurants on Northgate street. The location is also a 20 minute walk from the
renowned Chester Racecourse. You’re welcomed through the entrance hall into an open plan dining / lounge area with a flatscreen smart TV. The new kitchen is well equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, washing machine and the all-important wine cooler fridge! Essential condiments for cooking and cleaning can be found in the cupboards along with board games for fun evenings in. Essential amenities such as hairdryer, iron and ironingboard are all provided. Guests will have full private access to the whole property including the small but pretty courtyard garden complete with bar and stools, table, chairs and lighting to enjoy in the summer months. The property has full fibre broadband and one parking space provided. Guests will be provided with a free complimentary welcome package (which can be upgraded to a luxury hamper). We do not provide a travel cot or high chair for infants, we do supply baby bowls, plates and cutlery. The upstairs hosts two bedrooms complete with fresh bedding:
Bedroom one can be set up as either a king size bed or two singles if preferred. It includes a flatscreen smart TV, wardrobe space, ensuite family bathroom with bath and shower and airing cupboard. Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe space, flatscreen smart TV and an ensuite bathroom complete with shower and hand basin. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and luxury pampering products including shower gels, bath products and body lotions supplied by local artisans. The whole property will be furnished with purchasable items provided by local suppliers including ‘The Barn Heswall’ ,‘Original Fanny Adams’ and 'Ed Stokes' Art
