Just came back from the opening of the stage play ‘Road’ and thought it was fantastic! I was luckily enough to meet the director before I went in and got a quick overview of things! There was a great warm up by two actors in the studio before the show started and then the nostalgia began! Right back to the 80’s with scenes of drunken behaviour and a bag of chips on way home! So much talent on one stage and obviously a great director, you only needed to reminisce of the days that were once here under the Thatcher time’s causing severe poverty to the working class! You get to see how they passed their time on the road during unemployment! 😁 They went very much out of their way to interact with the audience, so you never felt left out and was made to feel part of the scenes or the ‘Road’. 😁❤️🔥👍 Thanks 🙏
