Come and enjoy a beautiful, spacious, quiet, private, relaxing space with harbour views from your bedroom, en suite toilet, separate en suite shower room, king size bed, tea-making things, sofa and a selection of books.

Please note that it's a loft space. There is plenty of room to move around but do mind your head! It also means Velux windows and standing in one corner to enjoy the view. Please check the photos.

You have the top floor to yourselves. It's a large loft space with king size bed, sofa, TV, shower room and toilet. The stairs wind stylishly into the bedroom space, creating an extra sense of mezzanine-style space. To ensure safety with the stairs being open to the room, a night light can be operated by remote control. A rope can also be placed across the top of the stairs for an added sense of safety.

I am a digital artist. You are welcome to browse my work, which hangs everywhere downstairs.

Getting around is by car, bike, boat or walking! There are half-hourly buses into Chichester but the nearest bus stop is a mile-and-a-half away. Don't expect to find an Uber out here in the sticks.

Luckily, Itchenor is a the perfect place for walking and cycling.

On street parking is avalable from October to March. Otherwise, there is a public car park a short distance opposite The Crow's Nest.

The jetty where you can catch the ferry to Bosham Hoe is 100 yards from my front door. Note that it's a half-hour walk into the village of Bosham from the Hoe.
Other things to note
I provide cereal and granola in your room along with a cafetiere and real coffee. If you prefer a cooked breakfast, The Quarterdeck Cafe is a short walk away on the harbour front. It opens at 10am Sunday-Tuesday.

Carry on past The Quarterdeck for a glorious 3.5 mile wooded walk alongside Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, enjoying distant views to Kingley Vale and the South Downs and eventually reaching the famous, vast sandy beach at West Wittering. The walk is also a birder's paradise.

Note that I am in Itchenor, not Bosham. Bosham is across the harbour by foot ferry (daytime in the summer) but 10 miles by road.
