Light filled, airy, and genuinely grand. An orangery and skylit kitchen that flood the house with sunlight. A four poster bed, two freestanding baths, and a working fireplace for the evenings.

West Wittering is one of the south of England’s most beautiful beaches. For quieter spots and powdery sand dunes head north towards East Head. One of my favourite places on the whole coastline whatever the season.

Chichester is just one hour forty from London Victoria by train. And when you are ready to wash the sand from your toes you can be back at one of our three Chichester hideaways in just twenty minutes.

The Clock House for two. The Courtyard for two or four. St Martin’s House for up to eight.

A word of warning. The car park books up fast on sunny days and they do turn people away. Always book ahead before you travel.

The views from Goodwood Trundle are simply stunning. From each of our properties, you can drive to nearby Lavant in just 7 minutes and walk up the chalky path to the top. You can even skip the hike and roll in by car for all the scenery without the exertion!

Climb the short ascent from the car park to the top for 360 views over Goodwood Racecourse, the beautiful hills of the and out to the Solent beyond.
