Situated on the West Sands Holiday Park, the apartment is just 100 yards from a safe sand and shingle beach with views over the solent to the Isle of Wight. The accommodation comes complete with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The Bunn Leisure centre, with its array of eateries and bars is close by. The Oasis spa, swimming pool and entertainment complex, of which temporary membership can be arranged, is attached to this.

Selsey is a popular seaside destination which is also sought after by Goodwood racegoers as it is just 20 minutes away from the South Downs. It is the southernmost point of West Sussex on the south coast of England, which, statistically, has more hours of sunshine than anywhere else in the country.

There is a free shuttle service around the site and regular bus services into Selsey town centre and Chichester. Parking is free and close to the accommodation.

Cycle hire is available in the village and there are numerous opportunities for enjoying the seaside, including fishing trips and diving expeditions.
