My big skies project continues.

What I started back in November 2025 photographing the Bracklesham and East Wittering skies and sunsets has become a rather lovely therapeutic obsession.

There is a profound sense of peace in watching the day dissolve into stunning arrays of colour. No matter how chaotic life gets, standing under these skies forces you to breathe, slow down, and just exist.

It’s my daily dose of quiet, my creative reset, and fills me with joy to be alive.

Documenting these endless horizons has been pure magic and here some of my August & early September panoramas for you to enjoy.

July 2026 - It’s been a lovely busy summer at the studio.

I am so excited to finally share my brand-new greetings card collection!

This series features some of my favourite panoramic sunsets and dramatic big coastal skies captured right here in Bracklesham & East Wittering over winter 2025 to summer 2026.

Whether you’re sending a note to a loved one, saying thank you or framing a mini-print for your own wall, these cards capture the beauty of our coast and the amazing variety of cloud formations and massive shift in the suns position over 6 months.

What an amazing month of skies we’ve been having. Whilst not the ideal late Spring weather we all hope for, the fast changing skies have delivered some epic displays for me to capture. I’ve especially enjoyed the dark streaks of rain connecting the sky to the sea.

Hey you are EPIC indeed!

Thanks for organising such a fantastic morning for all us independent small businesses/freelancers/budding entrepreneurs/artisans and general good eggs. Great to be back, after a rather interesting 2025 for me, with renewed vigour for and my giclee printing and reconnecting with the Chi Business community.

A great way to celebrate 10 years of the Last Friday Club and here’s to the next 10!! Looking forward to the June event

Choosing the right frame and mount colour isn’t just about matching your furniture, it’s about what works for your art. The right choice acts as a bridge between the piece and the room, while the wrong choice can completely detract or overwhelm the artwork.

Here are a few ways colour selection changes the game:

The Contrast Play: A dark frame on a light-colored print creates a “window” effect, drawing the eye inward.

The Harmony Approach: Choosing a frame that matches a minor colour within the artwork can make those subtle details pop. This works so well with the beach and seascape artists we work with. Cool, clean and fresh.

Temperature Matters: We have a great reputation for getting this right and if we can’t find it from our suppliers’ stock we will paint the moulding to produce a truly unique and perfectly designed frame.

Next time you’re framing, don’t just settle for “safe.” Trust us to enhance the story your artwork is wanting to tell!

If glare or reflections on a picture frame is reducing the enjoyment of your precious artwork, I thought I would show you a great example of how upgrading from standard glass can remove this problem.

we are always recommending UV70 Tru Vue non-reflective glass to our framing customers.

Not only does it dramatically reduce reflections, making your artwork easier to see from any angle, but it also offers UV protection to help preserve colours and prevent fading over time. It’s a simple upgrade that makes a huge difference in both appearance and longevity.

Before: distracting reflections (including me 🫣) taking away from the painting.

After: clear, crisp visibility, colour vibrancy, with the artwork truly shining through.
