Dear guests & friends,
With the arrival of 19th July, we would like to give you a brief update on our health & safety procedures.
Our utmost priority is to keep our team and guests safe. In order to do so, we will continue to uphold all our safety procedures, even after the easing of restrictions tomorrow. We believe this is the only way to keep our tearooms open.
We would like to highlight:
โข We kindly ask all our guests to follow the government guidelines, especially when it comes to self-isolating and track & trace. For those who have to cancel their reservations with us, please understand that our cancellation policies continue to apply.
โข Whilst the legal requirement to wear a mask has been lifted, we would be very grateful if you wear your mask when you are not at your table. Our team (unless exempt) will continue to do so at all times.
โข Our team are taking regular lateral flow tests and we are checking everyone for coronavirus symptoms daily.
We will stand at a greater distance from our guests and minimise close contact where possible. We continue to operate on a reduced number of tables so we can ensure enough spacing for social distancing.
โข As always, all our tearooms maintain the highest possible level of hygiene and are cleaned regularly and meticulously with sanitisers. We have kitted out all our spaces with hand sanitiser, and we kindly ask you to use these as much as possible during your time with us.
