The fig tree is almost ready to bare fruit.. I've never really been one for figs but the ones at this campsite taste amazing. So much so we decided to plant another one. The apples are almost ready, we have crab apples, cooking apples and normal apples. The pears are just peaking through. The blackberries won't be long. The sloe berries are are all over the place... When you come camping your always welcome to enjoy the fruit. The Cauldron Cafe also has an abundance of herbs which you can ask to use for your cooking... More pictures to follow soon 👌

Here's a sneak peak into the mystical Cauldron Cafe.... Situated in the campsite it's a fully licensed bar which serves food, tea and coffee and loads of magic 🙌

We've got quite a few famous residents on site! First of there's Dojin the grumpy cat, Dojin loves to lull you into a false sense of security by appearing all sweet and innocent but really he can only tolerate about 3 seconds of stroking before he stages a half hearted attack...Then there's Betty the 36 year old Bedford workhorse. She's a beauty in herself and such a great asset to the team 🤣

We also have Merlin the friendly grey cat and Ouzo the adventurous playful cat...

So many cats 😎

Our Paddock barns looking so lovely in the sunshine with spring really springing.... This is my favourite time of the year, the hedges start blanketing the campsite in green, the birds are chirping away! It won't be long until all the blackberries, figs, apples and pears start ripening. Yes we have tonnes of fruit, herbs and flowers across the site 🙏

Shock.. Horror!! Our Private group fields are NOT currently booked out for April!! Sooo we're trying something new, anyone who wants to book the group fields gets 20% discount, all you need to do is "like" and "share" this post to qualify...

There is a minimum of 5 pitches required to secure the field at £55 per pitch/per night (£44 with discount) over a minimum of two nights...anyone whose already booked in with us, if you also "like" and "share" this post, if a field is available we will upgrade your group into the field for a tiny minute miniscule fee... Our way of saying thank you for sharing...
