PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPING – FLEXIBLE, FAMILY-FRIENDLY HOURS 🧹

Looking for a job that actually fits around family life?

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our Housekeeping Team at The Fox & Hounds Country Hotel, Eggesford.

This could be a great role for someone looking for part-time work during school hours, or simply a job with a little more flexibility.

The role involves helping us prepare our Hotel bedrooms and public areas so they’re looking their best for our guests. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in doing a good job and enjoys being part of a team.

We’re happy to talk about hours that work for you – whether that’s a few days a week, school hours, or something slightly different.

Late summer on the River Taw. 🎣

With the fishing season in full swing, it’s a lovely time to enjoy the river and the Devon countryside.

Spend a few quiet hours fishing the Taw, explore the local footpaths, or find a comfortable spot with a good book. Then enjoy some freshly prepared food from our restaurant and perhaps a drink from the bar.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy a few days at the Fox & Hounds.

Our Fox Club sandwich is always a popular choice. Chicken, bacon, salad, fries and slaw, perhaps with a cold beer alongside. More than enough to keep you going until dinner.

And after lunch, if you have a little more time, why not explore our grounds and take a stroll down to the River Taw?
