Amazing Tapas at this lovely restaurant in Cirencester! 😋

Cecina de León, salt cured beef which is then smoked in oak for a minimum of 2 weeks. We serve it with capers, parsley, shallots and a very generous helping of Spanish olive oil. Sounds so simple but sooooo good! ☀️🇪🇸
