The people behind Stratton House have always been at the heart of everything we do.

Although this month we are celebrating 10 years of Stratton House under Aidan & Sarah’s ownership, Pat has been part of our story for an incredible 21 years prior and has since worked in almost every department across the hotel.

She’s seen the hotel evolve, watched both of her children work here and even spends time here on her days off.

Her dedication, loyalty and love for the hotel have become part of the warmth so many return for time and time again.

Oli has always loved a classic Chicken Kiev, so it was something he has always wanted to bring to our menu, done generously.

It’s a true crowd-pleaser and a British classic. Interestingly, the dish became widely popular in the UK in 1976 when it was introduced to supermarkets by Marks & Spencer.

Our take on the classic is huge, stuffed with plenty of garlic butter and fresh parsley, and when cut, the butter melts out just as it should.
