Access is down a dead end lane surrounded by organic farm land with good views to the south. The Studio is suitable for 2 or 4 people and upstairs includes 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs there is

a living room and fully equipped kitchen. A cot is available on request. Outside there is a small private patio garden, table and chairs. Access, through agreement, is available to the wider garden and the orchard with glorious views to the south. Pets are welcome and parking is provided on the gravel driveway.

Planters Studio is available to rent through Airbnb where full details, prices and significant discounts for longer lets are detailed.
Currently there is availability from Monday 14th October to Monday 11th November and then from Tuesday 3rd December.
Of course message me direct if you wish for any further information about the Studio itself, it's immediate location and the surrounding towns and countryside.

Planters Studio a Cotswold rental property is available from mid August 2022 for a long term rental, minimum 6 months. The Studio now includes a dressing room upstairs, it has free off-street parking, access to the laundry room as well as the large garden room, the garden itself and orchard about an acre in all, The Studio is dog friendly and has a number of footpaths from the door. The location is rural rolling Cotswold countryside, a car is essential. Burford, Lechlade on Thames, Fairford, Cirencester and Witney are near bye country towns with Oxford and Cheltenham about 23 miles away on the A40.

Planters Studio is looking for a tenant for a long term rental, (minimum 6 months), starting 1st March 2022. If you are interested please message this page for additional information.
In addition to the photos attached the 1st floor double bedroom has an adjoining dressing room that includes a sofa bed for occasional overnight guests and this room may also be arranged as a home office.
The tenant will have access to the 1 acre cottage garden that includes the summer room/bar, (approximately 7m x 5m).
