Our caravan is now classed as a Premium Private Holiday Let because of the condition and how we present our caravan and what we provide for you as our guest and that we are also on a Premium pitch because of the large lawn area around our caravan as most caravans on The Orchards don't have that luxury 😍

Message for our future guests please read!-

Can you please not let your children play with small stones and shells underneath the caravan decking and gravel on the parking space as we come to our caravan and found loads of the stones all over the grass which took some time to remove as eventually when the grass is cut and strimmed these stone can fling up and can break the decking specially the boards round the bottom or smash the caravan windows or the door glass which has happened to other owners and we don't want that happening to ours 🙏

Also which was very disheartening as we see ourselves as good honest hosts that go out of our way for our guest but I found certain things missing from our caravan and the ottoman at the bottom of the bed broken which wasn't reported and a solar owl that was underneath the decking which was removed and smashed into pieces near our neighbours caravan 😞 sadly if things like this keep happening we won't be providing as much things as we do and of course the homely feel that everyone seems to love, so the caravan will have to become basic not just for yourself as our guests but for us as owners to and we don't want to be doing that as it would be a shame and not how we would like our caravan to look like! So please please 🙏 do not take anything home that does not belong to you and also please report any accidents and or breakages asap as we know and understand accidents happen and we are not out to be keeping the care and respect bond unnecessarily, we just like to know if we need to replace anything so we can get that done and sorted quickly as we can and not just suddenly come across things like this as its heartbreaking after all the time, effort and money we have put into our caravan to make it perfect for everyone not just ourselves.

Had a brilliant holiday but back home tomorrow after we get the caravan all ready for our next guests and nice to see a new Haven The Orchards sign 😍
