**** SOLD - Haven Hideaway - For Sale - SOLD ****
After 3 years of renting out our caravan we have decided to sell our amazing caravan at Cleethorpes Beach Haven. Its taken us a while to come to this decision but we feel now the time is right.

The caravan is a 2015 Swift Boudeux Executive, sleeps 8 with full wrap around decking included in the sale, All contents of the caravan will be included so you can use it straight away or carry on renting out the caravan (48" Smart TV, 4G/5G Router plus external aerial, TV aerial (not Haven's).

We have a list of regular guests who book the caravan 2-3 times a year and look after it like its their own. All current bookings will be valid and honored if sale is agreed before 2nd week of September.

Price is £20k for caravan, decking, everything!

We are now taking bookings for 2025! We guarantee to beat any Haven Price for a Silver Spec - 8 Berth Pet Friendly Caravan! If you find it cheaper please let me know :)

Available dates and prices are listed here in this post, This is the price of the hire, a refundable security deposit of £100 is required to secure the dates you wish to have and used as a security deposit for any damages to the caravan.

All Payments for holiday must be paid up in full 6 weeks prior to holiday booking, no exceptions.

We have listened to our guests and have decided to keep the washing machine rather than swapping for a dishwasher and are looking to get Starlink internet installed as the mobile internet in the area during peek seasons for streaming netflix/prime and mobile use is terrible. Will keep you posted!

☀️☀️Thank you to everyone who rented out our caravan for 2024, we hope you had a great time and made lots of memories!!! ☀️☀️

I have had quite a few requests for 2025 bookings so will be looking to take deposits for next year if you have some dates in mind, prices will be slightly increase due to haven raising the site fees by 4.5% but we aim to keep the prices reasonable so that everyone can enjoy a holiday without breaking the bank.

On another note we would like your input on any improvements we can do to the caravan to help you enjoy your holiday more? i.e. better internet, TV's in the bedrooms, Dishwasher instead of Washing machine? Let us know your thoughts.
