๐Ÿ“ข IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS

Unfortunately, following a recent stay where the property was left in an unacceptable condition, including the need for professional cleaning, deep cleaning and repairs to the laminate flooring, I have had to make a change to the booking terms.

As a result, a higher security deposit will now be required for all future stays.

This is not a decision I have taken lightly. On this occasion, the costs of putting the property back to the standard in which it was found considerably exceeded the security deposit, leaving me personally out of pocket. The deposit is fully refundable provided the property is left in the same condition it was found, allowing for normal use and reasonable wear and tear.

I take great pride in keeping the property clean, comfortable and well maintained for everyone who stays there. The vast majority of our guests have been absolutely fantastic, and we really appreciate that. โค๏ธ

Unfortunately, when a property is left requiring significant additional cleaning and repairs, those costs have to be covered somehow.

Thank you for your understanding, and as always, we look forward to welcoming respectful and considerate guests, including those bringing their four-legged family members, who can enjoy the property and leave it ready for the next visitors. ๐Ÿก๐Ÿถโœจ
