Welcome to one of our deluxe studios! This type of room was designed for guests looking for the ultimate home from home experience. A spacious, comfortable super-king bed, table and chairs to work/eat from (out of shot) a kitchenette with a fridge, oven and hob so no need to constantly eat out should you not want to and of course, an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower! We’re really pleased with the finish on these rooms and can’t wait to start welcoming guests to stay from this weekend!

When we purchased a dilapidated and derelict building on Isaac’s Hill, we wanted to restore it to its former glory and freshen up both the inside and outside. We’ve installed smart new anthracite windows which we think goes great with the new dark trim around the building. In time we hope to smarten it up even more but it’s a marked improvement on the mismatched frontage we started with!

It’s been a journey filled with plenty of hard work, challenges and excitement, but seeing the transformation makes it all worthwhile.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us. We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome visitors to Cleethorpes very soon.
