Having worked to a deadline to finish the newest addition, it’s been full for two months and I’ve not even had chance to photograph it to advertise…so watch this space!

It’s not online yet, but I’m taking enquiries now for end of July and August for the newest digs - with a balcony and a seaview, it’s a beaut!

God I love sitting down.

I picked up a G Plan saddleback 3 piece suite recently and plopped one of the chairs straight into .
It’s worked out especially nicely that the castors run so smooth it’s possible to propel to the kitchen and reach the fridge in one push…so I’m told.
Snack time: nailed it 👊🏻

We’ve been on holiday this week with friends, a snowy one in beautiful Austria 🇦🇹

I’ve had a week of euphoria and rage in equal measure while my snowboard skill remains unpredictable to say the least!

On the plus side, after 20+ years I was surprised to discover I’d retained rather more German than I’d thought 🫕🥨🍻

We stayed at Haus Gilbert, which couldn’t have been better placed for everything…and even had a right-to-the-door ski track back from the lift. The English hosts Simon and Karlaine have 3 apartments in the property they live in so they’re always on hand for advice (and encouragement!)

Would totally recommend this area for your winter sports break, it was all so easy and relaxed. Our friends have visited in summer too and it’s clear that there’s so much to explore.

Tschuss, it’s been a blast! ❄️
