Today is about slowing down and appreciating the love, strength, and endless care that mums give every single day.

Whether it’s enjoying a peaceful morning coffee, watching the sunset over the fields, or simply taking a well-deserved moment of calm, we hope every mum finds a little time to relax and feel appreciated today.

You can keep a close eye on these gorgeous Mums with their babies right from your bed, coffee in hand, in our cosy Owl hut.. We couldn’t think of a better way to pass the time.

We’re very nearly at the last page of our guest book. 📖

In a world of quick clicks and online reviews, there’s something really special about handwritten words left behind after a stay. Little moments, memories of rainy mornings, slow cups of tea and countryside quiet… all captured in these pages.

So yes, a fresh book will be taking its place very soon. I simply can’t let go of the tradition. There’s a warmth in these pages that screens just can’t replace, and reading what our guests experienced in the shepherds hut is one of my favourite parts of hosting.
