We’re open today, 10:00 - 14:00, for tea, coffee and our very last batch of Greendale scones.

We’ve also got a few things to sell off, including glassware, crockery, cutlery, bits and bobs, ingredients, a stand-up cooling fan, a Panda organic bamboo king size mattress topper, and a small selection of beers and wines.

Today only, so do pop in if you’d like one last brew, one last scone, or a useful bargain to take home.

Our Final Weekend at Greendale

As many of you now know, we are entering our final few days at Greendale Teahouse & Rooms.

Our opening hours over the bank holiday weekend remain as normal.

On Monday 25 May, our final official day of trading, we’ll stay open a little longer than usual, to make the most of the beautiful weather and until the fresh food has sold out.

We’ll then open informally on Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 May, likely between 09:00 and 14:00, for anyone who has not yet had the chance to say goodbye and those two days will be very relaxed. There will still be coffee, tea and drinks available and hopefully some cake and scones, alongside a small sale of remaining stock and a few bits and pieces from around Greendale.

Thank you, truly, for the kindness, loyalty and support you’ve shown us over the last three years. These final days mean a great deal to us.

No trophy this time, but what a privilege to have been there. ✨

To be finalists in two categories at the Lancashire Tourism Awards, representing our little teahouse in the Ribble Valley among such established names, is something we’re immensely proud of.

The standard across the county is exceptional, and congratulations to all the winners, Lancashire hospitality is in very good hands.

As for us, we’ll take being recognised at this level as encouragement to keep doing what we do best: cooking everything from scratch, welcoming guests warmly, and running Greendale with care and conviction.
