Meet Alex ~ Our incredible Head Chef!! 🦢👨🏼‍🍳

Alex has been at the heart of everything food-related here at The Swan & Royal, playing a huge part in bringing our kitchen & food offering to life from the very beginning

From taking a small kitchen & rebuilding it from the ground up, to building a strong team around him & developing the food our guests know & love, Alex has been involved in every step of the journey & we are so proud to have him as part of our team!! 👨‍🍳

For Alex, it’s about more than just what’s on the plate. Being from Clitheroe himself, he’s passionate about creating something really special in his hometown & helping The Swan & Royal become a place that locals & visitors alike can enjoy, celebrate & come back to time & time again

The official close to the summer & we have a weekend of your favourites lined up including Ruby Saturday night 8-10pm, Claudia doubling up with Geno Eccles throughout Sunday from 5:30pm.. finishing off with sunset Sax & DJ Ibiza Classics.. 🎶

Just ONE month to go until the Clitheroe Scooter Rally rolls into town for THREE days of scooters, live music & plenty of beer... 🍻

We’ll be at the heart of it all, with the Swan & Royal courtyard open early with outdoor bars & a full weekend of LIVE music, with a fantastic line-up of bands planned across the weekend, with more details coming very soon… so keep your eyes peeled 👀
