This beautiful mid-Victorian villa is about to begin its next chapter.
We’re transforming what was once a tired office building into a stylish 12-bedroom Aparthotel under our Hauss brand—right in the heart of the Blairhill and Dunbeth Conservation Area.
As with any historic property, this project requires care and vision. Our approach will respect the building’s original character while upgrading its energy efficiency and modern infrastructure—bringing new life to a cornerstone of Coatbridge’s commercial past.
