There’s something about these last days of August… 🌿
Country back lanes, hedgerows heavy with blackberries, and that unmistakable feeling that September is just around the corner. The mountains are still green, the days still long enough for an adventure, but there’s already the faintest hint of a new season waiting in the wings.
We still have a few cottages available for a short one or two-night stay over the Bank Holiday, if you feel like getting away from it all at the last minute.
Come and wander the lanes, pick blackberries from the hedgerows, breathe in the mountain air and make the most of the last of the summer weather.
Crummock Water and the mountains await… before the September chronicles begin. 🍂
