Our winter menu tasting is complete, and some much-loved favourites and exciting new dishes will be making their way onto the menu just in time for Valentine’s Day – ideal for a special date night. ✨
This tasting brought together Head Chefs from across the Milsom group to taste, test and refine every dish before launch, with decisions made on everything from plating and presentation to portion size and whether a dish works best as a starter or main.
We’re especially pleased to welcome back the much-missed Mr G’s Shepherd’s Pie, alongside standout new additions including a thyme-roasted shallot tart with Baron Bigod, tempura soft-shell crab, and a beautifully charred mackerel fillet.
You may have already spotted the Wagyu burger on our specials – after another quality check (and an overwhelmingly positive response), we’re delighted to confirm it’s earned a permanent place on the main menu, replacing the Big Milsoms burger for the first time in years. The Wagyu burger will also be available at milsoms Kesgrave Hall and The Pier.
