The 4 Christmas dessert options are:

- Sticky Toffee Cheesecake
- pinecone - Milk and dark chocolate mousse with a salted caramel heart, crispy pearls on a chocolate fudge cake base. Finished with a cocoa velvet spray and presented in a pinecone shape on sugar snow.
- Royal Vanilla - A smooth vanilla mousse with honey and vanilla gel centre, enriched with vanilla seeds and natural vanilla flavouring, layered with a creamy vanilla rice pudding and a touch of sea salt on a soft sponge biscuit.
- Royal Matcha Yuzu - Pure butter shortcrust pastry, coconut dacquoise, creamy matcha tea, pineapple yuzu mousse, passion fruit icing.

> part time rota 3-4 mornings per week (to be discussed) plus opportunity for extra hours to cover other shifts when needed. Shifts start 10am

> prior experience is essential

> ideal for someone looking for school hours

> must be reliable, hardworking, have excellent timekeeping and attention to detail

> be able to work alone or as part of a team

> weekend availability required for alternate weekend work
