The menu has arrived.

We’re excited to share the five-course tasting experience Anurag will be presenting at Wivenhoe House, a menu inspired by memory, migration, and modern Indian flavours.

From Chana Jor Garam with spiced yoghurt shots, to slow-cooked lamb marinated for 48 hours, saffron-infused rice dishes, and a playful “Drunken Coffee” dessert, each course has been carefully designed to tell a story through flavour, texture, and emotion.

Vegetarian alternatives and wine pairing suggestions are available throughout the experience.

This is more than a tasting menu, it’s an evening designed to stay with you.
