Update to train services this Wednesday 8th July

Due to the anticipated high temperatures this Wednesday we have made the decision, both for the safety of our crew and the comfort of our passengers, to only run the first two round trips of the day, at 11:00 and 12:35, each lasting 90 minutes. We will not be running the 14:30 round trip, when the day will be at its hottest. As such we have also taken the day rover tickets off sale online, but if you would still like to book for travel across the two round trips you can do so by calling 01594 845840.

It's World Rainforest Day

Most people picture the Amazon when they hear "rainforest" — but did you know the UK has its own?

Temperate rainforest once blanketed a fifth of Britain. Today, less than 1% survives, and Puzzlewood is one of those rare remaining pockets.

Beneath our cool tree canopy you can see why these places are so special: ancient rocks draped in lush moss, ferns unfurling in every shade of green, and an atmospheric world that supports wildlife you rarely find elsewhere.
