Really enjoyed running and spectating at last nights Springwell Running Club Coleraine Campus 5km, My first proper race (excluding parkruns) since my heart attack 8 years ago, I was nervous but delighted to be out there plodding away, still life in the aul dog……. Lily bops was hunting me down but I might have a few more races before she catches me.
