Quilly has been in the Kane family from well before 1800s, and in Aug 2020, this new brand was established by us. Its been sitting in a file waiting for all to see....

We are not ready for a full release yet, but yesterday marked a huge step and development into our new venture!

I loved our branding when we designed this over 6 years ago, and still love it to this day. I just wanted to mark the occasion with something. 🙌Watch the space! 💛

Today was busy with work life, then getting our home "guest ready" (thank you Emily for weeding) what is it about weeds, no matter how hard we try not to use chemicals they are brutal to keep down...

Load more pulled, major revamp needed on the garden, as the weeds are just uncontrollable 🙈

Anyone good with AI, send me your simple, low maintenance seaside garden ideas! I have visions, hubby says I need to stop dreaming... 😅😜

"Fabulous big house with great gardens and outdoor area and everything you need for a family stay.
+ Great location, fabulous big garden and outside table. Great covered area outside too. This was the perfect place for our whole family to spend some time together.
- The house has everything you would need and lots of basic essentials (food wise). I did miss a dishwasher but would absolutely not prevent me staying here again".

We never share who gives us a review, or who stays unless they send us their photos.

Our home is perfect for a family gathering, we don't have a dishwasher but we do have a "scullery".

Historically for a manor house or farm house was specifically for washing dishes by hand is the scullery. In traditional British estates, this separate room off the main kitchen was dedicated to the dirty, manual labor of cleaning pots, pans, and tableware.

One day in the future when we renovate again which seems like the 100th time we may have one. For now its team effort-get the family/friends all working together and create some chores. Most conversations are over dinner, dishes or just sitting outside - Quilly has this in bucket loads for all to enjoy. X

After our lovely guests left this morning from the Netherlands. They loved our home, thanks for a lovely message, and we can't wait to welcome you back again.

Ready for our next group of friends arriving this afternoon for a few days.

We are fairly booked up, until end of September. There is a few 3/4 day stays available.
